Christina is a transactional attorney whose practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business organizations and corporate governance matters. She has advised a broad spectrum of clients in a variety of industries, but most recently within the mortgage industry, on federal and state regulatory compliance issues, enforcement defense, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and complex contractual issues. She has negotiated and drafted a wide variety of commercial agreements, including strategic alliances, information technology services, employment and independent contractor agreements. Prior to joining Egan Nelson, Christina was a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas.
