Elizabeth Gil Attorney

Elizabeth is an Attorney in E/N’s NYC office. Her practice focuses on representing market-leading startups and emerging growth companies on formation, operations, corporate governance matters, securities law reporting and compliance matters, private equity, angel and venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining E/N, Elizabeth practiced in the New York office of Fenwick & West LLP.
