Hayden Baird represents clients across multiple industries in high-stakes commercial litigation. Hayden has experience representing clients in cases involving contract disputes, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty and real estate related litigation. Hayden has also defended Fortune 500 clients in large scale multidistrict litigation. Hayden has extensive experience in managing large scale discovery projects, working with experts, taking and defending depositions and motion practice.
Hayden prides himself on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions for his clients. Hayden strives to be strategic and purposeful in navigating clients to achieve their desired outcomes, whether that entails early resolution through settlement or taking the case to trial.
Prior to joining Egan Nelson, Hayden was an associate with the AmLaw 200 firm of Thompson Coburn LLP.

- Represented multitude of retired NFL players submitting claims to NFL for concussion related compensation from the league’s fund created in wake of class-action concussion settlement
- Represented telecommunications company defending against TCPA Claims
- Represented real estate syndication GP with various compliance matters related to corporate compliance of foreign entities in Texas
- Negotiated and conferred with in-house counsel for multiple global financial institutions in fostering cost effective means of production pursuant to financial subpoena duces tecum
