Scott focuses on helping clients navigate regulatory compliance issues in the insurance and service contract industries.  He provides advice on achieving business objectives in a compliant manner, interactions with regulators, agency relationships, marketing and distribution initiatives, product design, and the impact of legislative developments.  Prior to joining Egan Nelson, Scott was an Assistant General Counsel at AIG.  He supported AIG’s global service contract and warranty business.
