Claire Walsh Attorney

Claire is an attorney in the Commercial Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation matters, including breaches of contract, business torts, consumer product liability, and employment disputes. She has experience advising clients on the strengths and weaknesses of potential claims, drafting substantive briefs and motions in both federal and Texas state courts, taking and defending depositions, and drafting discovery documents.

Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Claire was an associate in the Dallas and Houston offices of Winston & Strawn LLP. She also previously served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Kimberly Priest Johnson for the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Texas.
