Austin Freeman Attorney

Austin is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and other fundamental transactions. Austin has participated in the representation of public and private companies, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in various industries, including technology, entertainment, consumer goods, healthcare, hospitality and energy. Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Austin was an associate in the Dallas office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
