Julia Wynn Abreu Attorney

Julia is an attorney in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice group. Her practice focuses on representing market-leading startups and emerging growth companies on formation, operations, corporate governance matters, securities law reporting and compliance matters, private equity, angel and venture capital financings, as well as liquidity and exit transactions.

Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Julia practiced in the Philadelphia offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC.
