Jessica Ferreira assists the firm’s attorneys in respect of domestic and international transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and joint ventures, in addition to general corporate and governance matters.

Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Jessica spent over eight years as a senior corporate attorney based in Portugal for the law firms of Morais Leitao and Cuatrecasas.
