Brooke A. Spence Of Counsel

Brooke is a corporate and finance attorney in the Houston office of Egan Nelson.  Her practice includes the representation of private companies on a broad range of corporate, finance and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Egan Nelson, Brooke was an attorney at Sidley Austin, LLP, where she represented banks and other financial institutions in commercial transactions and regulatory matters, and at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she represented financial institutions in senior and subordinated loans to corporate borrowers and private and public companies in corporate matters.
