Victoria Mitchell Partner

Victoria is a transactional attorney whose practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, corporate reorganizations and recapitalizations, private equity and venture capital investments, divestitures and asset sales, public and private securities offerings, debt and equity financings, securities compliance matters and joint ventures. Victoria has represented a broad spectrum of clients, including public and private companies, executives, private equity firms, investment partnerships and portfolio investments. In addition, Victoria advises clients on general corporate governance matters as well as the preparation and negotiation of general corporate and commercial documents. Victoria was previously affiliated with the Dallas office of Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., where she worked on several high-profile transactions.
