Austin Mercer Attorney

Austin is an Attorney in the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group. Austin supports companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other fundamental transactions. He also advises businesses on corporate governance and commercial transaction matters. Austin has represented clients in various industries, including healthcare, real estate, information technology, and private equity. Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Austin was an associate in the Dallas office of Clark Hill PLC.
