Nicolas Lee Partner

Nicolas is a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group.  He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, and other complex business transactions.  Nicolas has participated in the representation of private equity sponsors and private companies in various industries, including technology, consumer, business and professional services, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure, renewable and clean energy, food products, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.  Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Nicolas was a partner in the Austin offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and an associate in the Dallas offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP and McGuireWoods LLP.
