Nicole Dressler Martin Partner

Nicole Martin is a tax partner whose practice focuses on advising on the tax aspects of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and asset sales, private equity and venture capital investments, cross border transactions, fund formation, GP stakes investments, continuation funds, corporate reorganizations and recapitalizations, flow-through investment structures, Up-C transactions, incentive equity and compensation, securities and notes offerings and complex debt financings. Ms. Martin has extensive experience advising private equity clients, institutional investors, public clients and closely held companies. Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Ms. Martin was a tax partner in the Houston and Salt Lake City offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
